Mystery shoppers are the eyes and ears of a typical customer's experience at a business. Your visit and report assists businesses in evaluating customer service, products and services, policies and procedures.
Becoming a shopper requires completion of our application and certification process. The application asks more information about you and the short certification is based on a Power Point presentation of our Shopper Guidelines.
After successful completion, expect to be considered for assignments when shops are available in your area. We only provide mystery shop
opportunities in the United States.
Please be assured, Business Observations complies with all laws and statues all state laws regarding mystery shops and one or two party consents required in each state so you can perform shops and feel secure.
