After shops are performed and audited, you receive the videos through a file embedded in a PDF. With the simple click of your mouse, you see the streaming HD video. Full access is available for 6 months or videos can be downloaded. Longer website availability is an option.

We comply with all state laws regarding mystery shops and one or two party consents and will gladly assist in setting up your video shop program to be in compliance with state laws.

Shoppers utilize the newest technology to record shops covertly with the equipment concealed on themselves. They are trained in both the equipment usage and client expectations for shops.
